MAWLE’s goal is to offer relevant, timely training to help attendees do their jobs more effectively, make their agencies more successful and to help mentor and grow the women in our member agencies to be the leaders of tomorrow. Conference attendees find value in evidence-based practices, case studies, or lessons learned from new and innovative strategies in policing.
